Description
This PR will allow us to set
maxParallelconfig for attestation jobs. This should mitigate a problem where we overwhelm Rekor API with around 32 requests with huge SBOMs. This will be eventually fixed by attest action itself once they will move to Rekor v2 API, but it is not implemented yet.Checklist
